« Cultivating Rarity »

This is the philosophy that we strive to uphold each day in our roles as growers, producers and distributors of champagnes, wines and spirits. A commitment of humility to preserve the quality and specific character of the Land that we have inherited, of which each generation is only the guardian for the one that follows.

Against the trend for uniformity of flavour, the Bollinger Group’s Houses are distinguished by their commitment to reveal the typicity of their terroirs. These are enhanced by an uncompromising approach to taste, respecting ancestral winemaking processes, which give each House a distinctive and recognizable style.

At the Bollinger Group we believe that the diversity and personality of our wines, champagnes and spirits form the most precious legacy, because from this diversity the most unforgettable experiences are born.

OUR DNA
A family-run group that has been built over 5 generations
Since its foundation, the Bollinger Group has stood out by being family-owned, and the resulting management style. Today the fifth generation is managing the company and has taken on the responsibility of perpetuating the family legacy.
Deep historical ties with England
In 1858 the company joined forces with Mentzendorff, an importer in England and a reference partner. In 1884, Bollinger obtained its first “Royal Warrant”, which was renewed five times. The first steps taken by a group open to international development.
Champagne, first a fine wine
From the outset the Bollinger Group has set itself apart from its competitors by the attention it pays to expertise and quality. All the Houses strive to produce characterful wines, which stand out through their personality and their flavour. From 1967 Bollinger innovated with the R.D. Champagne. – Récemment Dégorgé — a bold idea that reflects this wine producing DNA.
